Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process it as soon as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days.

For orders placed before 3 PM on a business day, we strive to ship the same day upon confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the following business day.

Orders received on Sundays or during holidays are dispatched on the subsequent Monday or the next working day. Please note that during peak periods, like holiday seasons, processing and shipping delays may occur (your understanding is appreciated).

If you are unavailable to receive the delivery, our courier partner will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. Please ensure someone is available at the provided delivery address to accept the package.

Delivery Exceptions

In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or public holidays may delay the delivery of your order. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses. Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver. If in any case, you receive a package that is damaged during transit then please do not accept it.

You can return the same and contact us asking for another piece. Please follow the same in case you’ve received an incorrect product and we would appreciate it if you wouldn’t open the packaging. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
