Manufacturing Process And Ensuring Quality Of The Products
Cold pressed oil is the ancient method of extracting oil from seeds.The seeds are grown without pesticides and harmful fertilizers. They are under good care until harvesting. Later, the top quality seeds are seperated from the moist ones.They are many ways to extract oil from seeds.
Cold pressed method is unique. It is environmently friendly and doesn’t require the use of heat and chemicals when made. The oil is prepared by using oil seed press. Given the strict temperature, cold pressed oil extraction is a fairly slow process.
This method usually give a distinctive taste than in hotpressed or solvent extraction. These oil are manufactured under good observation and tested each brand of oils is tested in the labs.
When cold pressed oils are stored in clay utensils, it can stay as long as a year. Proper care should be taken without allowing accidental spilling of water which shortens the life of cold pressed oil.
