For example, eggs can explode in the microwave even before they reach the hard-boiled stage (Pro tip: Try to avoid boiling eggs in the microwave oven. Even if you do, cover it while cooking). In short, checking on your food frequently will reduce the chances of microwave mess-ups and make your work easier. 

7. DON’T Connect other Appliances to the Same Circuit

It’s best not to connect other electronic appliances to the same circuit as the microwave oven. It has high chances of reduced electrical energy and that might affect your cooking and harm the oven as well. 

8. DO be Cautious While Thawing Meat

Many people will warn you about thawing meat in the microwave. They are not completely wrong, as thawing a solid chunk of meat in the oven can be a bit difficult. However, it is surely not impossible if you are cautious and vigilant enough, and keep a check on the meat from time to time. Make sure the temperature is perfect to let the meat thaw, and not cook, as that might lead to complications later. 

9. DON’T be Afraid of Heating till Steaming or Bubbling

You must let the food heat until it bubbles or gets steaming hot. To get a perfectly heated dish, your food should let it heat till 75 degrees Celcius. Especially if the food has liquid in it, you need to heat it till it’s bubbling. That will ensure that your food is perfectly and consistently heated.
