2. Zinc Foods
Zinc foods help to get rid of dandruff caused by dry skin. Eat foods such as pumpkin seeds, nuts, red meat, dairy products, whole grains, and dark chocolate.
3. Protein foods
Protein is one of the most important nutrients in the body in general. So you can eat meat, eggs, seafood, etc. Vegetarian sprouted legumes, peanuts, spinach and broccoli can be eaten.

1. Aloe vera: You can apply aloevera on your scalp, just before shampoo.
2. Coconut oil: Apply coconut oil on your scalp to remove dryness of your hairs that leads to dandruff.
3. Apple cider vinegar: Mix apple cider vinegar with water and apply on your scalp. Leave it for atleast 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse with water.
4. Olive oil: Apply few drops of olive oil on your scalp and cover it with head or shower cap, then sleep with it. Shampoo your hair in the morning.
